This cookery course consists of an introductory theory component, which is followed by fully hands on, practical lessons. After completion the learner will have mastered the following:
• Basic Knife Skills
• Understanding Seasoning and Flavouring
• Several recipes, but also the knowledge on how to integrate recipes and being able to use creative inspiration.
