Overview

Be that person who can bring that innocence and delight to your kitchen. Bringing that feel of ‘bakery’ to your own home. This course session teaches participants how to bake all three categories of breads, using different recipes and methods.  Irrespective of if you prefer a seed loaf, or a French country loaf, be sure to master them all!

Course Outline

This cookery course consists of an introductory theory component, which is followed by fully hands on, practical lessons. After completion the learner will have mastered the following:

• Basic Knife Skills
• Understanding Seasoning and Flavouring
• Several recipes, but also the knowledge on how to integrate recipes and being able to use creative inspiration.
• How to Cook with Confidence and Flair
