The Basic Cooking Course is created for the individual who is looking to take the stress out of preparing meals, or in need of quality family time which is currently being replaced by time-consuming meal preparations. This course will not only enable you to free you from that stress but graduate you to a master chef in your own home. It will revolutionize your pantry, develop your taste buds and widen your interest in food and ingredients. Proceeds go to POPUP (People Upliftment Programme)

Course Outline

The Basic Cookery Course consists of an introductory theory component, which is followed by fully hands on, practical lessons. After completion the learner will have mastered the following:

• Basic Knife Skills
• Understanding Seasoning and Flavouring
• More than 36 Recipes
• How to Cook with Confidence and Flair
