Overview

Master the art of creating lasting memories with creating delicious, and beautiful cakes. This course session is aimed at empowering you to utilize all the basic skills and knowledge that we will teach you, to apply to various other cake-like recipes.  Thus, not only learning 1 cake recipe, but rather mastering the foundation of every basic cake and adding trimmings and decoration like an expert.

Course Outline

This cookery course consists of an introductory theory component, which is followed by fully hands on, practical lessons. After completion the learner will have mastered the following:

• Basic Knife Skills
• Understanding Seasoning and Flavouring
• Several recipes, but also the knowledge on how to integrate recipes and being able to use creative inspiration.
• How to Cook with Confidence and Flair
