On Completion of Our Patisserie Courses

Once you have completed your patisserie course, you won’t go away empty handed. You will have earned yourself a Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking (8065-01), a Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts (8065-03), and also a Certificate of Catering Food Safety (8065-203). These qualifications will serve you well in the hospitality industry.
