You will be certified with a Diploma in Food and Beverage Services; Diploma in Reception Operations and Services; Diploma in Accommodation Operations and Services; Award in Food Safety and Catering; The Cape Wine Academy Preliminary Wine Course; Basic First Aid Certificate; and a Skills Programme in Human Resource Management.
